We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for dresses and tube tops within 14 days from the date you receive your order.* Unfortunately, as of May 1, 2012, in order to be able to keep prices fair for other Henkaanistas, all returns and exchanges that are shipped to us are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, plus applicable taxes. This fee is required to cover Canadian customs and brokerage charges as well as administrative costs for processing the returns.
