At Henkaa, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for dresses and tube tops within 14 days from the date you receive your order.* Unfortunately, as of May 1, 2012, in order to be able to keep prices fair for other Henkaanistas, all returns and exchanges that are shipped to us are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, plus applicable taxes. This fee is required to cover Canadian customs and brokerage charges as well as administrative costs for processing the returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
